Join RLC lab for this 2 day training course, where each attendee is allocated an HPLC system for a hands-on, practical training session.
Day 1: covers theory & application by analysing test mixes, investigating the effect of changing key parameters to achieve efficient separation. The focus of the course is on understanding compound structure & properties and how this information is used guide method development.
Day 2: further examples/exercises building on the skills from day 1. In addition, calibration/quantification analysis, Semi-prep purification and sample preparation technique SPE (solid phase extraction)
