Daniel is a partner in the electronics and computing patent group at Potter Clarkson, an award-winning, top-tier firm of European patent and trade mark attorneys and IP solicitors. He works with innovative organisations to recognise and protection inventions. Dan drafts and prosecutes UK and European patent applications in the digital heath space, and works with patent attorneys around the world to manage the international prosecution of families of patent applications. He particularly enjoys addressing the challenges involved with prosecuting related families of patent applications to obtain comprehensive protection for his clients’ inventions in view of their commercial objectives.
