About the visit
The visit will give businesses the opportunity to meet and connect with international buyers and establish valuable contacts. At the exhibition, companies will be supported by a DIT life sciences sector specialist and have access to the following facilities:
• Meeting 1-2-1 programme and/or virtual 121 programme with DIT sector specialists
• A wealth of networking opportunities
• Access to British Pavilion facilities including internet, seating and light refreshments
• Free use of meeting facilities
• Companies will feature in a Midlands Engine e-brochure and the UK@Medica exhibitor directory
• Access to a discounted hotel rate at a hotel within walking distance of the exhibition
Your safety
During these extraordinary times, the organisers Messe are making provision to ensure social distancing is maintained at the fair with wider aisles between stands and hygiene management on site. To protect stand staff and visitors, entry into the British Pavilion stand will be managed, only allowing a limited number of people on the stand at any given time. Visitors will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the stand. Meeting tables will be sanitised between visitors.

Costs & Funding
There is a non-refundable commitment fee of £99 plus VAT, payable upon registration. Funding of £250 per company is available to eligible companies, which is payable on return. There is a limit of 1 delegate per company and delegates will be responsible for booking flights and accommodation.
