In this Medilink Midlands webinar, We are Pioneer Group will discuss whether there is a life science skills and infrastructure gap in the Midlands? Where are the opportunities and What can we do about it?
The life sciences industry is continuing to boom, with new technologies and locations changing not only how professionals are working but where. The health and life sciences sector already provides jobs for nearly 256,000 people across the United Kingdom, but ongoing growth and strategic transformation means demand for new skills and experienced personnel is only expected to grow in the coming years.
Could this mean a life science skills and infrastructure gap for the Midlands? What can we do as a collective to prepare?
The webinar will address:
-How we can ensure we have the talent in place – from clinical pharmacologists, to bioinformaticians to innovators in medicine development?
-How do we capitalise on the hubs we already have for working in and what’s needed in the future?
-What infrastructure is missing?
Presentations will be followed by a Q&A session.
