This module supports innovators looking for private investment. You learn in this module the different types of investors around, along with the rounds and mechanisms into obtaining funding.
Non-dilutive grants and awards are discussed within the module, emphasising the different types of funding one could potentially obtain. Venture capital is also covered with the entire venture capital and the due diligence process is explained.
In this module you’ll learn how to approach investors strategically, to give you the optimum chance of success. Finally, the module puts prominence on why research is so important with securing investment and covers how to keep a targeted approach during your journey to attracting investment.
