The workshop consists of two sessions:
- Contextualising your Idea – Marketing Fundamentals:
Helping you to understand how to create and articulate value for your customers by offering them innovations that meet the needs of the customer and end users in the life sciences sector. The session will provide you with skills on how to research your market, position your idea and freedom to operate in a competitive market.
- Shaping the Market for Adoption – Market Access Fundamentals:
Helping you to understand how to shape the market opportunity for your idea and navigate the barriers to market access. This session disseminates the skills needed to explore your innovation’s market opportunity by assessing the routes to market, developing effective communication strategies and building advocacy to drive adoption.
