This module explores innovation, adoption and spread within the NHS. Tony will discuss the key factors which should be considered if your innovation is replicating another or improvement across multiple locations. He will also cover what needs to be thought about if your innovation is new to the NHS and how you can provide evidence that your product significantly improves the quality of health and care.
Tony will also give you the knowledge required for you to put a completely new innovation into practice, all whilst making you think about the logic behind your innovation!
