Health Innovation East Midlands (formerly East Midlands Academic Health Science Network) in partnership with Medilink Midlands have launched a new funding programme.

The Health Innovation Fund offers support between £5k and £10k to East Midlands based SMEs or businesses working with a healthcare system partner in our region to further advance innovations that are ready for NHS uptake.

We are looking for late-stage innovations that are market ready but require an injection of funding to overcome barriers to market entry for successful deployment and scale with the potential for rapid economic return for the region.

If you are interested in finding out more, visit Health Innovation East Midlands website to read the guidance notes and FAQs.

Potential applicants can get in contact for application support at [email protected]

Applications are open from 1st January until 1st March 2024. Please note submissions made after the closing date will not be accepted so register early on our application portal to get started.
