The Derby Talent Programme is a new initiative that provides funding for student and graduate internships.
Your business may be eligible for financial support towards the costs of hiring a student or graduate intern through our Student Employment Agency. You can receive free recruitment support from our Derby Talent Team.
Student internships can greatly benefit and add value to your organisation. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for our students to gain practical work experience.
The programme is available to all organisations and charities in the UK, regardless of their size. This is a chance for you to tap into new talent from students and graduates to help your business thrive.
Internship Package Options
We have three package options available:

- *All employers will be eligible to receive a discount on their first 80-hour intern.
- There is no limit to the number of 80-hour interns you can hire.
- Charities and CICs with a registered charity number can apply for a fully-funded 80-hour internship.
