Our stellar speaker line-up for this year’s STC Innovation & Growth Conference includes:

• Jehan Kanga (RUX Energy):

Jehan’s business is set to revolutionise the hydrogen industry. Their development of advanced nanoporous materials will enable the shift to low-cost green hydrogen, making hydrogen a viable alternative for many applications. Jehan will talk about their work and mission, and the many opportunities it will bring to businesses in the cluster.

• Dr. Maria Nelson (ATI):

Dr Maria Nelson in an innovation leader passionate about fostering collaborative innovation between bright minds from industry, startups and academia. Maria is Head of Innovation and Sustainability at the Aerospace Technology Institute, the UK’s leading centre for aerospace research.

Before joining the ATI to build a new function to support sustainability-focused innovators in the sector, Maria was Director of Innovation Practice at Digital Catapult, where her team delivered a portfolio of deep tech innovation programmes for industry leaders and startups.

• Richard Hutchins (Oxford to Cambridge Partnership):

As the Managing Director of the Oxford to Cambridge Partnership (formerly known as the OX-CAM Arc), Richard will enlighten us about the partnership’s mission and progress, and how their work will benefit businesses across the cluster geography.

• Stephane Bazire (Silverstone Circuit):

Following notable successes when managing the circuit of Barcelona, Stephane moved to Silverstone Circuit to become their Head of Business Sustainability & Partnerships. He will outline the circuit’s drive to zero-carbon and how they have made this strategy integral to their business success.

• Mike Jones (LBI Consulting):

Mike is an organisational psychologist, systems-thinker and seasoned leader. His presentation will delve into the complexities of modern-day business leadership and how to best navigate today’s dynamic landscape, covering strategic aims, morale, efficiency, future viability, control and autonomy. Mike will provide valuable insights to help you run a better business.

• Chloe Fox (Veritas Marketing):

Chloe is a game-changer when it comes to how companies can attract and foster the next generation of engineering talent. Her presentation will highlight why many engineering companies fail to attract the people they really need in their business and outline numerous actions and tactics to implement in your company to ensure its ongoing and future success.

• Richard Postins – (Prova PR):

Richard and his team at Prova work across the cluster in a wide array of sectors, driving commercial growth, making him the perfect person to present some fascinating case studies on work that is going on around the cluster. His presentation will highlight some of the leading technology projects that are going on in the cluster, and how collaboration makes the cluster greater than the sum of its parts.

• Garry Myatt (PPC&A):

Since joining the STC, PP Control & Automation have looked to play a greater role in the ecosystem than ‘just’ being a valuable supply-chain partner. Through their PP+ initiative, they offer a bridge for companies to take vital next steps in their growth. Garry’s presentation will highlight how an integrated network approach can lead to business success.
