Speaker Profiles

James Hall, Director, JensonR+

James joined JensonR+ Ltd in 2012 and has over 25 years’ regulatory experience predominantly in the OTC sector of the industry.

His background covers a wide spectrum of areas including regulatory strategy and implementation, borderline products, promotional copy approval, reclassifications, medical devices and pharmacovigilance. James has worked with several major pharmaceutical companies and a wide scope of entrepreneurial clients. He is a board member within JensonR+ Ltd.

James has a degree in Applied Biology and is a fellow of TOPRA.

His role within Jenson covers business development, regulatory strategy and implementation for clients, promotional copy review and regulatory team management.

Mihai Inceu, Senior Regulatory Officer, JensonR+

Mihai is currently based in London and Nottingham for JensonR+ Ltd. While at the Faculty of Chemistry in Cluj-Napoca, Mihai was awarded a research scholarship for a study monitoring pesticide residue in Romanian wines, while also working on developing extraction techniques to enable the identification of fake food products on the market.

After a short spell at Ranbaxy as a Bioequivalence Scientist, Mihai worked for 5 years at Nelsons within quality control, quality assurance, and later Regulatory Affairs,  where he focused on food supplements, cosmetics, traditional herbal remedies and homeopathic remedies. He has expertise in regulatory complications relating to uncategorised products
