The use of clinical data, the application of artificial intelligence and the development of digital health have been predicted to revolutionise health care and the management and rehab of chronic conditions. This event will highlight gaps in the current healthcare landscape that require new products and the funded innovation support available to engage with clinicians and the healthcare system.

Are you developing a medical devices, medical apps or other interventions designed to manage or prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular or respiratory disease or the long term effects of COVID-19.
