The on-demand webinar was originally delivered by Vic Townshend (Lead Change Manager) and Sally Robinson (Head of Contracts and Partnerships), both formerly of the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Since Vic and Sally have both moved on from these roles in recent months, we’re delighted to welcome Joop Tanis, Director of MedTech Consulting at Health Tech Enterprise, for our Live Q&A session.
Joop will be answering your questions arising from the on-demand content and will also be sharing his insights into what a business case is and the integral role they play for innovators to provide decision makers, stakeholders and the public with a management tool for evidence-based, transparent decision making.
This module also touches on ‘the five case model’, which you will be able to use when creating your own NHS business case. Many people know how to create a standard ‘business case’, but very few understand how to create an NHS/healthcare ‘business case.’
Finally, the pathway mapping section of this module is a key part for you to think about how your proposal contributes to the achievement of NHS policy/priorities and trust objectives and plans.
