In this module, you will explore the importance of understanding value, along with understanding the desirability and affordability of your innovation. It helps to understand the perspective of an organisation considering your innovation and what they would be looking for, knowing this helps you to identify the benefits of your innovation as well as the value versus financial savings.

An often ‘ignored’ element in many analyses is the ‘cost’ of change and the ‘cost’ of an innovation, this is explained and detailed here to articulate why and how these should be calculated to ensure accuracy and also credibility. Desirability and affordability are key traits for your innovation to be a success, and this webinar makes you think about what traits your innovation has in order to be desirable to customers.
