This webinar focuses on what a business case is and the importance of one for innovators to provide decision makers, stakeholders and the public with a management tool for evidence-based, transparent decision making.
This module also touches on ‘the five case model’, which you will be able to use when creating your own NHS business case. Many people know how to create a standard ‘business case’, but very few understand how to create an NHS/healthcare ‘business case.’
Finally, the pathway mapping section of this module is a key part for you to think about how your proposal contributes to the achievement of NHS policy/priorities and trust objectives and plans.
