Finders Keepers Conference

Finders Keepers is a 1-day conference supporting local SMEs with their recruitment. Focusing on attracting, selecting and retaining the best Talent in your organisation.

Nottingham Trent University invites small and medium-sized businesses from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to join them for a day-long conference on attracting, selecting and retention of talent within their organisation.

The event aims to support local SMEs with their recruitment. Guests can expect a conference that consist of three main Attract, Select and Keep workshops aiming to develop the way your business recruits. The conference will also provide a forum for SMEs to discuss their experiences as recruiters and will feature a keynote speaker (tbc) towards the end of the day.

Businesses will leave the conference with an employer toolkit that will include templates, materials, frameworks and practical guidance on how to promote growth, recruit talent and retain staff within your organisation.

This event is open to all hiring managers and HR managers working in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
