The course will provide a comprehensive and interactive journey of best practice from how to identify opportunities, portfolio management identification of unmet needs through to concept design and selection. It also covers a section on NHS drivers and using these to develop the value proposition and to build the business case for market adoption.
The course also discusses the timelines required for regulatory approval and explores the options and need for clinical evidence for both regulatory and market adoption.
It’s aimed at those in senior management and lead roles in R&D, business development, sales and marketing or those in academia or the NHS interested in developing new products or services and will reduce risk and improve the probability of commercial success.
