Speakers: Mark Pearce (Partner) and Natalie Welch (Associate) – Mills & Reeve
This session will be presented by Mark Pearce and Natalie Welch.Mark is a former physicist who has been advising clients on the protection and exploitation of their IPRs for over 30 years. His clients range from start-ups to multinationals.
Natalie specialises in advising clients on the enforcement of IPRs and has experience of both High Court and IPEC proceedings.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
