The informal gathering will be hosted by Darren Clark, Chief Executive at Medilink Midlands. These online coffee breaks provide an opportunity to share current challenges and experiences and make introductions to those that can help.
We will be joined at this session by Alex Mclaughlin, Head of International Trade and Medical Device Regulation at the Office for Life Sciences, who will be giving us a short update on how Brexit has affected the Life Sciences sector.

Alex is responsible for all of OLS’s work on International Trade and Medical Device Regulation, advising Ministers in the Business and Health Departments.
Prior to his current role, Alex was Senior Private Secretary to two Health Ministers, established the Department’s epidemic vaccines programme, and worked for the Chief Medical Officer.
