Join Shakespeare Martineau Partners, Sean Moran and Rhys Wyborn, for a discussion of important considerations around business re-organisations and protecting assets, including staffing issues that may arise.

Sean will provide an overview of directors’ duties and guidance on preserving value in your business.  Rhys will then conclude the session by looking at key issues arising from business restructures and key redundancy considerations employers should be aware of.

This webinar is open to Life Science businesses who are seeking to learn about preserving value in your business and carrying our redundancy processes correctly and who wish to ask questions directly to the experts.

Sean Moran, Partner – Shakespeare Martineau

Sean is a partner at SHMA acting for insolvency practitioners, companies and individuals on all aspects of insolvency, restructuring and turnaround. His practice covers both contentious and non-contentious assignments, providing advice to directors on their duties and responsibilities as well as undertaking transactional work and insolvency-related litigation.

 

 

 

Rhys Wyborn, Partner, Shakespeare Martineau
Rhys is an employment law specialist helping employers manage their staff and HR issues from recruitment through to termination of the employment relationship, with everything in between! Specialisms include: – handling disciplinary and grievance issues; defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims; redundancy and business reorganisations; TUPE transfers and corporate support; drafting bespoke employment contracts and HR policies. He is also regularly instructed to advise on severance agreements for senior executives and other employees, including the drafting of terms and negotiating matters to a conclusion. Rhys also provides training on HR issues via seminars and forums and bespoke training events for clients including Mock Tribunals and managing investigations.
