Rhys is an employment law specialist helping employers manage their staff and HR issues from recruitment through to termination of the employment relationship, with everything in between! Specialisms include: – handling disciplinary and grievance issues; defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims; redundancy and business reorganisations; TUPE transfers and corporate support; drafting bespoke employment contracts and HR policies. He is also regularly instructed to advise on severance agreements for senior executives and other employees, including the drafting of terms and negotiating matters to a conclusion.
