ViVO Smart Medical Devices is looking for a manufacturing engineering company with expertise in ophthalmic imaging technology. They are looking for the following resource.

Service providers that are able to develop and test working prototypes of an imaging device that can withstand harsh weather and environmental outdoor conditions, undertake environmental testing including drop tests, chemical and structural integrity testing.

They must be able to provide:

  • Mechanical CAD drawings.
  • Prototype parts tooling enabling the production of parts and assemblies.
  • Prototyping of working units.
  • Destructive Test Reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance report for UKCA/FDA.

Closing date for receipt of quotes from interested suppliers will be on    18/02/2023

 

The submitted quotes will be reviewed based on the follow criteria:

    1. Design: the ability to deliver on the above requirements
    2. Understanding the brief: Technical experience and relevant examples of experience
    3. Cost: the ability to provide the project at around benchmark rates
    4. Timing– the ability to commence the project within 1 month of appointment
    5. Cultural fit – the ability to relate to Tioga Ltd and work together to deliver the project
