A Midlands-based company is seeking tenders from an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM service provider.

The project requires a partner who can:

  1. Review Phase 1 of the project which is already completed and understand how this completed stage communicates with the Data Storage Optimisation Project (phase 2)
  2. Deliver CRM service solutions and has Microsoft Dynamics CRM system experience
  3. Conduct discovery/scoping sessions, develop the system in house, system testing, user testing, deployment of the final system and training
  4. Has experience of delivering Data Storage projects
  5. Respondents must submit a proposal for all or parts of the brief. An NDA is required before a detailed job brief can be sent.

The responses will be reviewed based on the follow criteria:

  1. Expertise – the ability to deliver on the above requirement
  2. Capability/responsiveness – the ability to commence the project within 1 month of appointment
  3. Value for Money – the ability to provide the project at around benchmark rates
  4. Cultural fit – the ability to relate to and work together to deliver the project
