- Support the continuation process in the development of new process technology. Have the ability to logically analyse production processes and implement new operational technology.
- Support the journey of implementation of the Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of broader operational issues including procurement, supply chain and engineering and will play a part in furthering those disciplines.

- Conversant with controls systems (PLC, SCADA, etc.) with an understanding of how these simplify and automate processes and manage the quality of outputs.
- Passionate about innovation and environmental sustainability.
- A collaborative, lateral thinker who puts energy into delivering their own ideas and into uncovering / championing the ideas of others.
- Frustrated by inertia, with the drive and energy to overcome it.
- Possessing qualities of a senior operational leader. Empathetic but plain speaking, strong but fair. Capable of (progressively) contributing positively at Board meetings while maintaining high visibility on the shop floor.
- Numerate with good IT skills (PC and production systems).
- Commercially and financially aware
- Currently residing, or prepared to relocate to, within a 1 hour drive of Louth or Skegness.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a fast-moving technical career in operations whilst providing a beautiful rural life for your family with exceptional local grammar schools, the nearby attractive coastline, and close to the historic city of Lincoln.
