BlueSkeye AI is the world’s leading company for the sensing of human mental state from face and voice behaviour patterns. The core technology was developed over 18 years as part of the Behaviomedics research programme headed up by Professor Michel Valstar at the University of Nottingham. The technology is clinical grade and BlueSkeye is the only company worldwide on a path to regulatory approval for clinical use.

The business comprises two business units; the first being Clinical and non-Clinical Health and Wellbeing, and the second is Automotive driver safety.

We care deeply about developing technology and products in an ethical manner for our customers and end-users that is highly relevant, usable and has real world impact. We value working with partners and customers to ensure our technology is used for widespread public benefit. We strive to exceed expectations in all we do, and do so as a team.

Our collaborative culture is made up of people from unusually different backgrounds and disciplines. We value diversity. We look for people to join BlueSkeye AI who are committed to continuous learning, personal growth, claiming ownership and taking responsibility, and to making a positive contribution to the world through technology.

BlueSkeye AI have recently closed  a multi-million pound funding round with institutional investors to enable significant expansion of our team.

We are recruiting to strengthen our Data and R&D teams with a data operations function.

To apply for this post you will need a strong grasp of Machine Learning (ML) data flows and how to build effective and efficient systems to accelerate our R&D efforts.

You might have worked in roles like IT Ops or ML Ops and are looking for a new challenge or a role in which you can use your automation skills to work with continuously growing datasets.

You will need a keen interest in writing efficient reusable code to create processes that are used repeatedly. You may be curious about finding patterns in complex data and enjoy data exploration. You are naturally adept at problem solving and enjoy challenges where a keen eye for detail is needed.
