The Role
The role provides a brilliant, customer focused administrative service to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of implementation programs nationally. The successful candidate will arrange meetings, diaries, computerised searches, mail merges and clinics to meet demand/contractual obligations, as well as database/KPI management and supporting the development of service solutions.

You have experience of customer service, liaising regularly with stakeholders over the telephone and are an excellent communicator at all levels.
